STS has been in
business for over 25 years and offers after sales support on the
products that we sell. We pride ourselves on our after-sales
support. STS made a large investment to in complete units for use as
spares when required by our customers and for use as a hot test bed
to check and repair failed modules. STS personnel are factory
trained to provide after-sales support to our customers.
Higher level faults shall be returned to the factory for repair. STS
will then arrange to have the faulty equipment returned to the
factory on a priority basis, have it repaired and returned to the
customer in the shortest time possible. The estimated repair
turn-around time is approximately two (2) weeks, excluding shipping
time and customs clearance time.
STS will provide the

• Tiger Team Support
STS is prepared to enter into a maintenance agreement with customers
to provide the level of support required by the customer.
