On contract award the Proposals Department will conduct a formal handover meeting the Projects Department to ensure that Project and Customer requirements are fully defined and understood. A Project Manager will be appointed, who will be responsible for the successful, on-time, within budget implementation of the project. The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Procurement of Equipment
• Factory integration and testing
• On-site implementation
• Commissioning and SSOG testing
• Generation of completed documentation, test results and "as-built".
